Getting started

After checkout, return to the download page in the same browser. Save your activation code, choose Mac or Windows, and download the app. Open it and paste the code.

Manage your subscription

Open My subscription with your activation code. You can download again, switch computers, or open Stripe’s billing portal to cancel or update payment details.

Still waiting for payment confirmation?

Keep the checkout return page open and refresh it shortly. Access is unlocked only after payment is confirmed.

Lost your code?

Try the browser you used at checkout; your account session lasts 24 hours. Keep your Stripe receipt. Customer support and email recovery must be connected before this store opens for paid subscriptions.
